DELIVERY TERMS

Ordering from Protein Authority indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne based warehouse using couriers at a flat rate of $9.90.

All parcels will be left at your front door if you are not home (AUTHORITY TO LEAVE WITHOUT SIGNATURE – ATL) by default.

If you live in a location where ATL is not practical (e.g. apartment/unit etc.), you MUST choose SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY. Orders over 10kg will not be marked as ATL.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1. PO BOX delivery: We only deliver to PO Box/Locked Bags for orders of 3kg and under @ $8.00 per 3kg increment on top of the normal delivery rate. Not available in Victoria.

2. Express delivery:Is generally the next business day for $3 on orders of 3kg and under.  Not available in Victoria or to unit addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive an email with your tracking number. Please also check your spam folder.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
If your order is declared undeliverable (e.g. security access to building, incorrect address provided, business name not on building etc.) due to your fault you will need to pay for RE-DELIVERY.

CALLING CARD LEFT:
If you have received a calling card from our couriers because no one was home, please contact them directly for re-delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES:
Please FIRST call our couriers directly if you have any queries in regards to your orders being delayed, as usually they are the ones able to remedy the situation. REMOTE AREA DELIVERIES:
Please note delivery to some remote areas might not be available, if your area is not serviced by our couriers your order will be left at the nearest post office/depot for your collection.

RETURNS & DAMAGED DELIVERIES:
If you have received damaged goods or the wrong order please contact us info@proteinauthority.com.au to remedy the situation. If the goods have been opened we will not be able to refund your order, unless there is an issue with the quality of the product.

CHANGE OF MIND:
If you change your mind within 7 days about the product ordered and it is unopened the product can be returned to us. You will need to cover the shipping costs in returning the items to us and re-delivery of the items. Once the item is received by us we will resend out your order.
